产品特性/ Characteristics:
将硬度仅次于金刚石的92%或95%含量氧化铝陶瓷片硫化到橡胶或聚氨酯中。氧化铝陶瓷增强设备的耐磨性，橡胶起到缓冲物料的作用。在苛刻的磨损条件下这种陶瓷橡胶复合板内衬能延长设备的使用寿命，氧化铝陶瓷阻力小使物料流动顺畅，减少物料运行时间。
陶瓷橡胶复合板由于橡胶的减震作用具有较强的抗冲击性能，同时能有效降低设备运行的噪音。带螺栓的模块设计使产品易于安装，采用粘贴或螺栓固定的方法将产品安装在耐磨设备上。
Rubber backed ceramic sheets are designed and manufactured by vulcanising 92% or 95% wear-resistant alumina tiles into the rubber backing.Alumina works against erosion where as rubber on back take the impact load and thus after impact the sliding abrasion will be taken care of by alumina tile .
The benefits of rubber backed ceramic sheets are that the alumina is exposed to the material flow and is fully embedded into a specially designed rubber backing.
The rubber backing also assists in reducing noise levels within the plant and is engineered to resist the impact in each individual application. Modular bolt-in sections for easy installation, Just bond or bolt them on as you would any other traditional steel or rubber lining plate.
