激光打标机（laser marking machine）是用激光束在各种不同的物质表面打上**的标记，打标的效应是通过表层物质的蒸发露出深层物质，从而刻出精美的图案、商标和文字。从功能和波长上来分有355nm的紫外激光打标机、532nm的绿光激光打标机和1064nm的红外激光打标机。它主要适用于五金工具、刀具厨具、塑料制品、食品、药品生产日期、计算机键盘、金属饰品、广告标牌钮扣、集成电路、包装瓶罐、眼镜架、洁具龙头、PCB/FPC切割分板、陶瓷材料打孔与划片、玻璃/蓝宝石/晶圆切割、LED衬底晶圆划线等金属和非金属材料的切割和标记。
