Application
Gastight chamber furnaces with retort are used especially for heat treatment of materials in controlled atmosphere (argon, nitrogen, forming gas etc.) with low gas drain, to the max. temperature1100Cfor bright annealing, tempering, soldering, steel powder sintering.
Description of Hardening Furnace in Semi-gastight design:
* steel frame * stainless steel gas-tight retort with water cooled collar * door sealed with silicon seal * overpressure gas outlet * protective atmosphere supply * door equipped with safety terminal switch * programmable INDUSTRY controller for saving up to 30 control programs in the internal controller memory, each program can consist of up to 15 steps, operator may start the selected program on a preset date and time thanks to the installed real time clock * switchboard on side of furnace * thermocouple type S * semiconductor non-contact switch relay
Standard design of the PKR furnace includes:
* manually operated door * controller INDUSTRY with limit unit * stand * manually-operated inlet of protective atmosphere for 1 gas * pressurized cooling with automatic flap on input and output of air cooling
