膨润土是摆辊式研磨机的典型研磨应用领域。
It is a special layer silicate mainly consisting of the swellable clay mineral montmorillonite. It is widely used as a
bonding agent, adsorbent, stabilizer and additive.

它是一种特殊的层状硅酸盐，主要成分为可溶胀的蒙脱石黏土矿。 一般被用作粘合剂、吸附剂、稳定剂和添加剂。

- today, more than 50 bentonite grinding systems are in successful operation

Fineness:

细度：

coarse grinds: 15 - 25 % > 63 μm for foundry

粗磨：15 - 25％> 63μm，应用于铸造工业
fine grinds: 1 % > 45 μm for food, filler, paper; highest classifying performance with sharp top cuts by SDR Radial Classifier

精细磨：1％> 45μm，应用于食品加工、填充剂生产和造纸工业；SDR径向分级机可实现**的产品粒径分布效果
Moisture:

湿度：

feed material: 12 - 18 % H2O;

进料：含水量12-18％；

final product: 8 - 10 % H2O for keeping good activation; 

*终产品：含水量8 - 10 %，以保持良好的活性； 
with feed moisture more than 12 % H2O a hot gas generator is provided

进料含水量超过12 %，提供一台热风机

表中产量和电机功率数据基于：物料为游离硅含量＜3%的膨润土，使用三摆辊配置的研磨机进行研磨。
