水玻璃反应釜

本反应釜为卧式水平放置，主要有卧式圆筒形釜体，左右端盖、物料（热载体）进出系统、滚轮架、传动齿轮、减速装置、制动装置等组成，用于水玻璃产品的合成。

烧碱，石英砂输入釜内后，启动自动加温装置，物料在滚筒的旋转作用下，即能得到充分混合，无需另行配置内置搅拌装置，釜内物料的温度、压力均可实现自动控制。公司生产规格0.5m3~50m3。 
After inputting caustic soda and quartz sand into the reactor, start the automatic heating device and fully mixing the materials in the roller under the rotation effect.
