JKF-159C系列采用真空吸入物料的方式给料。包装袋放置在密闭的真空仓内，物料通过负压吸引作用进入包装袋内，同时物料中的气体通过包装袋的气孔排出。当填充到包装袋内的物料重量到达预设的重量值时，真空泵停止运行，同时真空仓门打开，人工取下包装好的包装袋，即完成单袋包装。包装过程无粉尘外溢，有效降低对环境的污染。包装过程能实现高压缩比填充物料，使包装成品袋外形充实,缩小包装袋尺寸，包装效果尤为突出。
