The rotary dryer consists of dryer body with particular inclination, shovel plate, transmission device, support roller device, thrust roller device, burning chamber, outlet hood and sealing devices. The equipment is fabricated with reasonable structure and process, which is high output capacity, energy-saving and easy maintenance. The rotary dryer is widely used in building material, chemical industry, metallurgical industry, food and power industries.

Technical characteristics
1.The rotary dryer can operation in overload condition, the output is high while the fuel cost is low.
2.The material drying processes can be flow and anti-flow according to the materials various condition. The length of the dryer body can be designed as per the initial moisture and final moisture of the material.
3.The running parameter can be changed according to the material’s requirements; the material can be lifted up as a material curtain by the shovel plate, so that the heat-exchange action can be doing continuously. The heat-exchange rate is high.
4.The maintenance is easy. The consumption of spare parts is low.
