2015年5月，菲立化学工程（上海）有限公司成立，是全国总部，专业从事研发、生产和销售微通道反应机组、流化床反应器、固定床反应器、全自动压力过滤，高压恒流泵、管式反应器、HPLC试剂及各种智控系统，是集科研、开发、设计、生产、销售于一体的高新技术企业。
2018年4月，菲立化学工程（遂昌）有限公司成立，作为菲立的生产研发基地，目前厂房面积2万余平方，另有实验室1000余平方，年设计生产能力全自动压滤过滤器500台，微通道反应器100台，恒流泵500台。
