1、带销钉的涡轮结构转子，具有强剪切力、动力分布均匀、研磨腔内物料和介质流动性好等特点，能实现对物料的高效研磨分散，研磨细度1μm—50nm； 

2、采用离心式分离器，具有过流面积大、分离效果好、适用寿命长等优点； 

3、使用耐磨损、耐腐蚀的集装式双端面机械密封，并配置了机封润滑冷却监测和压力平衡机构，机封装拆更容易，维修更方便；

4、变频调速，可根据物料的需求选择相应研磨转速，达到理想研磨效果； 

5、研磨腔体材质可以选择碳化钨、聚氨酯、氧化锆、氧化硅、碳化硅等，适合不同客户需求。
