燃料通过燃烧器燃烧,产生高温燃气。并借助具有强化换热措施的热风炉将高温燃气的热量传导给
被加热的空气,高温燃气经热量散发后温度降低至250℃后排到大气中。需加热的空气通过选配的鼓风机强送入热风炉、吸热后温度升值额定值从热风出口送出、当热风温度达到额定的上限温度时。燃烧器会自动停止燃烧或自动转为小火焰燃烧,当热风温度降低到额定的下限温度时,燃烧器又会重新点燃运行或转为大火燃烧,升温的速度可调进风阀来实现。
应用于金属表面涂装、制药、粮食、食品、木材加工、纺织印染、化工、汽车等行业。

The fuel is burnt at firebox and the high temperature is produced. The quantity of heat will conduct to air to be heated through
heat exchange device. Through heat exchange, the temperature of air is dropped to less than 250˚C and the air will be discharged.
The air to be heated is sent to hot air furnace through distribution blow fan. After absorbed heat to the rated value, the air will be
sent from the vent of hot air. When the temperature of hot air reaches the rated upper limit, the burner can stop or turn to small fire
automatically. When the temperature of hot air drops to the rated low limit, the burner can burn or turn to big fire automatically.
