■ 全自动超精加工机采用能够对向心球轴承的内圈和外圈轨道自动进行超级研磨的设计，适合用斜槽与前面的加工工序相连接，一组成完整的生产流水线。
■ 采用双轴设计，不仅尽可能减少了车间内安装面积和安装费用，而且便于进行左、右轴的准备作业和工件加工作业。
■ 对超级研磨砂轮的摆动，采用固定中心方式，因此可通过超精加工改善轨道面的精度。
■ 加工中，超级研磨的加工条件是由粗磨变成精磨，因此可以在短时间内进行高精度的超级研磨加工。
■ 如果超级淹没砂轮磨损、破碎及托板上无工件时，设备将自动停止并亮起报警灯。
■ 变更交换夹具时，可以在短时间内简单地操作。
