硅酸锆珠(CZS):
采用电解液中滴定成型，高温烧结定相的先进工艺制成。珠内由致密的硅酸锆微粒组成微观结构，拒绝了毛隙和空腔，避免了晶相和玻璃相的分离，比同类珠子有更大的密度和硬度，磨耗率是同类硅酸锆珠的1/2。中等的密度和硬度适合中低粘度浆料的分散和研磨，可匹配**部分的砂磨机，为通用型磨介。

CZS zirconium silicate beads are shaped in electrolyte solution and hardened at a high temperature in kilin. Compared to the other zircon beads and the ATZ beads, they have homogenous microstructure and no air pockets. This give them 1/2 lower beads wear than the others. The middle density and high crushing strength features are suitable to grinding slurry in visicosity from low to middle in more kinf of beads mills.
